Can I create an online store directly in the app?
Yes. Create a store in the app and start setting up your business. For advanced options, websites and other services, continue in the web dashboard.
Do I need separate accounts for the app and website?
No. Your Tamqin account works across the app and website, with shared business data. Sign in with the same credentials.
Do I have to use the app?
Not at all. Use the app, the website or both. You won't be forced to switch away from the website.
Which payment methods does Tamqin support?
Depending on availability, you can configure local methods such as Jeeb, Jawali, One Cash, Floosk, Al Kuraimi Bank and manual bank transfers, plus international credit card payments for eligible businesses. Availability, terms and fees vary by method and country.
How can I track payments and withdraw my balance?
Use Tamqin's payment tools and wallet to review transactions and balances and request withdrawals through methods available to your account, subject to withdrawal policies, verification and fees.
Can I set different delivery fees by area?
